Based in Daylesford, Victoria, and servicing the Central Highlands and beyond!

Larkspur offers a range of services:

  • Seasonal flower arrangements for local delivery, weddings, events, and businesses.

  • Flower arranging workshops led by qualified florist Elissa Dannock.

Launched in Spring 2024, Larkspur provides approachable and inclusive service, featuring ethically sourced flowers and sustainable materials to create elegant and playful designs.

Meet Elissa

Through studies in landscape design and permaculture I was introduced to the art of floristry at the Melbourne flower and garden show in 2015.

I have since spent several years working in retail and event floristry along with work on a small scale flower farm.

I grew up east of Melbourne but have called Daylesford home for the past 7 years. My partner George and our two dogs love the country lifestyle and enjoy connected with our amazing community here.

I am motivated by the timeless joy, feel and beauty that flowers can bring to a space or to a special occasion.

I feel so privileged to have the experience and skills to bring flowers to you!

My Style

I tend to portray elegance and playfulness in my work. I like to tell a story using unique compositions and the natural shape, textures and colours of flowers.

My Ethics

I care about my impact on the environment and I appreciate that I can make a difference through my work using sustainable materials and techniques.
