Larkspur workshop details + terms and conditions

Workshop requirements and details

  • It is suggested participants wear suitable clothing and closed toe shoes.

  • Larkspur will provide tables (unless available at venue), table cloth, green waste buckets, water for flowers, floristry snips and all other materials required to arrange flowers for the workshop.

  • Venue must have adequate space to set up tables, non carpeted flooring and access to bathroom facilities.

  • Permission to use a venue for a workshop is to be obtained from the owner by clients.

  • Larkspur is responsible for set up and pack down the workshop equipment and materials.

Booking and payment

  • One month's notice is required to book a workshop.

  • Deposit of 50% of total cost of workshop is to be made once quote is confirmed and is to be paid two weeks before workshop date.

Cancellation and rescheduling

  • If for whatever reason you need to reschedule your workshop, any deposit paid and other arrangements will be transferred to a new date subject to availability.

  • Cancellation within two weeks from workshop date will incur a fee equal to the deposit paid.

Accident and injury

  • Participants will be shown how to safely organise their work space and to use floristry snips. Larkspur will not be liable for injuries caused by incorrect use of snips.
